Lanco® Painter’s Floor Coat™ is a 100% acrylic waterborne floor enamel. Designed to promote security when walking to prevent potentially harmful or dangerous slips in interior or exterior floors.

Painter’s Floor Coat™ is ideal for interior or exterior surfaces such as wood, metal and concrete. Excellent for basement floors, porches, decks, patios, steps and other floor applications. 

• Drying time: To touch: 1 hour. To recoat: 4 hours. Light foot traffic: 12
  hours. Heavy traffic: 5 days.
• Coverage: On smooth surfaces, 400-500 square feet per gallon. On rough
  or porous surfaces, coverage will be reduced.
• Clean up: Immediately after use, clean brushes, rollers or spray equipment
  with warm water and detergent.
