Lanco Aqua-Proof 5 Gallon MD-863

Aqua-Proof™ is a liquid membrane of styrene/butadiene latex that provides an easy alternative for many roofing and waterproofing applications as a base membrane. This monolithic membrane provides excellent performance when used as a base coat over horizontal or vertical surfaces, and performs extremely well during continuous water immersion test. May be used under render and plaster, or between concrete slabs as a weather or vapor barrier. 

Aqua-Proof™ has proven excellent as a main waterproof coating or as part of a roofing system over a variety of substrates like modified asphalt membranes, built-up roofs, polyurethane foam, concrete surfaces, bonded tar, granulated shingles EPDM and TPO. Can be used as a waterproofing system in planters or below grade applications. Always have to be protected from UV radiation. May be used as a protection under tiles in wet areas such as bathrooms, food processing areas, balconies.
